Tough to tell, but watching the measurement live I was sure that it was short. That's about as close as it gets in football.

"BREAKING NEWS" Officials admit wrong call on 4th and inches play in Georgia vs South Carolina game that should have given ball back to Georgia."
Why do they release stories like this? It's not like we can go back and say HEY frick YOU! LET'S REPLAY THAT LAST 1:30 OF THE 4th QUARTER! What's done is done. Just don't even mention it.
