I can't fish for shite. Live on a lake and caught three fish in nine years. BUT I am decent at closing deals. Give it 3 to 5 months and go back in with an offer. Seller most likely thought he had a bigger fish(offer) on the line. I know a good but small business broker in ATL if you think a fresh face would help.

Thanks man. I think he could be seeing what will be offered. I honestly think i made the correct offer. I am patient. I will see what happens over the next few months......
