Yes , I am an MSU fan and I spelled Mississippi right.
Ole Miss played the better team in week 1 for sure , but MSU won bigger. Who looked better to you SEC fans?

Southern was relevant in 2011. Boise State? Not since 2008-2009. Edge to MSU.

MSU played, quite possibly, the worst team in the FBS. Hard as hell to take anything away from that game. Likely will be the same for next week against UAB.
Bo and our Oline looked like this in the first half. But then both looked much better in the 2nd half(Bo looked a hell of a lot better)
but if we're going to who looked better.....obviously MSU. Anyone will look great when they're playing a glorified scrimmage.

State played one of the worst football teams in the country and OM played a decent Boise team. It's tough to say.

It's completely irrelevant. Y'all played a troop of cub scouts, of which Boise beat the dog shite out of last year by higher points. But still, that's last year, to where I think it's pretty irrelevant. While I think its a safe bet we have a better defense, everything else is still up in the air really.

Both played shitty opponents. State's was more shitty. Lets not get carried away with either team.

Hard to compare given the circumstances. If I just looked at the scores I'd probably go with OM because beating Boise by 22 at a neutral site looks better than beating USM by 49 at home. If you actually watched the games though you would know that Ole Miss was pretty terrible for most of the game and State was pretty consistent for most of the game. I think there's a huge difference between Boise and USM so this is a tough question to answer. I do believe, though, that this years egg bowl will be the first where both teams are ranked in the top 20.
