Their asst. coaches who were in the coaches box got stuck in the elevator at half-time. They had to talk to the other coaches over the phone in the elevator.

Arkansas fans (and Bert) are claiming their assistants in the booth couldn't come to the locker room during half time because their elevator got stuck
Gus was obviously the culprit, we could've never beaten their ridiculously talented team
