Now his 25 lb weight gain should help tremendously. But even at 215 he was slow to catch up to balls, dropped a couple TD's, blocking was nearly as bad as Austin Tate's, and BA would throw into double coverage to HH before having confidence that Sprink would beat his man and make a play.

He would've been a good option and was targeted in the end zone a few times when he beat LBrs down field but dropped 6 points every time.

21 and 22 are personnel groupings.

The first number stands for how many RB/FB's are in the formation and the second number is for TE's.

So 21 for us is usually a RB, FB and TE while 22 is a RB, FB and two TE's.

I just can't believe that Voelske is 260 lbs.

I don't have a picture, but I stood next to him 8 days ago. He's huge. Every bit of 6'6 and all of 270. I told him he looked like Thor. His girl was with him, she agreed.

He's talking about 21 personnel (2 backs, 1 TE) and 22 personnel (2 backs, 2 TE) sets.

Edit -- Chesh beat me to it

After looking it over again, I think the only thing that surprises me is that Keon Hatcher is still back as a KR. I just don't get that one at all.

If he is one of the two fastest receivers we have as Bielema says then we have some work to do in that department

For sure. He wasn't exactly secure with the ball so I don't get why you would keep him here. Between his obviously slower speed and propensity to put the ball on the ground, I would have to think any other skill player would be a better option.

I say this as a huge Hatcher fan. Got much love for you as a receiver Keon.

You're just terrible as a kickoff returner. I'm bad at things too so don't take it personal.

If Keon is our fastest receiver then I'm not expecting much out of Demetrius Wilson after his ACL tear afterall.

I like Keon too and I hope his drops and fumble problems are gone. He is personally responsible for stalling several drives last year with dropped passes that hit him right in the hands. If he just catches the ball better this year we will be much improved.

ETA: I'm thinking the Bielema just pulled a couple of names out of his arse, because JoJo is a 4.4 guy and Wilson was a 4.4 guy before his injury. Hatcher is high 4.5 at best, which is fast as shite to normal people, but not elite speed at the Collegiate level at a skill position.

Or Cornelius or Robinson. There is no way those guys aren't faster than Keon.

maybe bert just wanted to put people back there that had experience at the beginning of the season

wouldn't be surprised if jojo or jcorn ended there before the end of the season

If Keon gets the ball he needs to follow Marshall's lead and run like his hair is on fire from the get go. He seems to take his time and look for a lane. Korliss says frick that shite I'll figure out when I get there.
