Limiting the lists to "draft picks" leaves out some pretty good college QBs. Chris Leak was a better college QB than the majority of these "draft picks."
I don't understand why people only look at how players perform in the pros when judging how well programs develop players. Leak was just as polished and developed as any of these guys. He was just a 5'11" pocket passer without much of an arm.

How would you suggest evaluating how well programs develop athletes for the next level?
