3. Florida (Draft Picks: Danny Wuerffel, Jesse Palmer, Rex Grossman, Tim Tebow) — Steve Spurrier coached three of these guys, all pocket passers, but the headliner was Tebow, the Gators’ courageous leader in the late 2000s who won two national titles and a Heisman during his career under Urban Meyer as a dual-threat playmaker … Spurrier’s personal favorite was Fun-N-Gun facilitator Wuerffel, a 1996 Heisman winner and national champion … Grossman was a consensus All-American in 2001 and nearly won the bronze statue.
2. LSU: (Draft Picks: Josh Booty, Craig Nall, Rohan Davey, Matt Mauck, JaMarcus Russell, Matt Flynn, Zach Mettenberger) — LSU’s seven draft picks at the position is the most at any SEC program since 1989, but several were non-factors at the next level … Nall was a career second-teamer for the Tigers and accounted for five times as many pro touchdown passes (5) than his total in college … Mauck’s legacy was a 2003 national title and his No. 18 jersey now being part of tradition, worn annually by LSU’s best representative of the program on and off the field … Russell, a former No. 1 overall pick in 2007 who won 21 games in 25 starts at LSU, is considered one of the biggest Draft busts of all-time … Mettenberger’s the only quarterback in school history to throw for 2,500 or more yards in back-to-back seasons … He was drafted in the sixth round by Tennessee in 2014.
1. Georgia (Draft Picks: Eric Zeier, Quincy Carter, David Greene, D.J. Shockley, Matt Stafford, Aaron Murray) — Greene won the SEC Championship in 2002 and graduated as the winningest quarterback in Division I history with 42 wins over a four-year span … That record was later broken by Colt McCoy at Texas … Stafford was the Detroit Lions’ No. 1 overall pick in 2009 and is one of four NFL quarterbacks to throw for more than 5,000 yards in a single season … Murray, the SEC’s all-time leading passer and four-year starter, tossed a 43-yard touchdown pass on Sunday against the Carolina Panthers for his first NFL completion … In three seasons with the Dallas Cowboys (2001-03), Carter threw for 5,839 yards with 29 touchdowns in 31 starts.

We should pick a school that actually develops NFL QB's.

I would say there is no SEC team that can claim that title.

Limiting the lists to "draft picks" leaves out some pretty good college QBs. Chris Leak was a better college QB than the majority of these "draft picks."
I don't understand why people only look at how players perform in the pros when judging how well programs develop players. Leak was just as polished and developed as any of these guys. He was just a 5'11" pocket passer without much of an arm.

Nall really shouldn't even count for us.

3 of Mizzou's last 4 QBs are all still in the NFL (technically all 4, but I doubt James Franklin makes the Lions final roster). Paul Christman was a Heisman finalist and played several years in the NFL as well.

When I think of QBs and SEC I think of Florida.

A&M's last 2 QB's were 1st Rounders (Tannehill and Manziel). The 3 prior all played in the league (Jerrod Johnson, Stephen McGee, and Reggie McNeal). With Sumlin as coach you could also argue that if you can start at A&M your chances of playing in the NFL at QB are as good as anyplace in the country.

I'd say based on just college play and stats and records -
1. Florida 2. Georgia 3. LSU 4. Alabama
As an aside, what SEC programs have produced an NFL HOF QB ? Off the top of my head:
Georgia - Fran Tarkenton
Alabama - Bart Starr, Joe Namath, Ken Stabler
Ole Miss - Charley Conerly ???, (Archie was close)
A&M - Rote???
LSU - Y.A. Tittle, (Bert Jones was close)
Possible future NFL HOF SEC Qbs:
Aaron M, Matt S., Eli, Peyton, and of course,
Zach M.

Serious question, what ever happened to DJ Shockley? Knew he was a backup for the Falcons for a bit. That was a while ago.
Selling cars?

Certainly reflective of how poorly SEC QB's do in the NFL. Could have put Cam and Jason for Auburn and might have more starts than all those other guys combined.
