Braden Smith, back up OT, special teams, Role in 2014 ?

Do y'all think he will be part of a jumbo package like Malzahn used with Cam where 2 lineman line up in the backfield? Seems like Isom and Eddins were the linemen in the backfield for that set.


I guess with Marshall not being as powerful as CAM, CGM might opt for CAP to get the snap.

Did we even run this at all last year? I don't recall seeing it.

Would he be the extra TE like Coleman was this past season?

Sounds like he will be playing somewhere. Everyone seems to be very high on him.

Good to see a Freshman come in and shine like that

Rarely. It's more of a power play. Cam was a power runner, Nick is more of a speed runner.
