Just walked in to see him withdrawing???

Neck injury, had an epidural Monday. Guess it's still bothering him
Can't find where he has withdrawn, just read about the neck earlier today.

Degenerative arthritis in neck. Apparently it recently flared up.

Surprising. Blew my back out about a year ago and couldn't get out of bed for two days. Got three epidurals (steroid shots?) in my spine and could have done a backflip 5 minutes later. Wonder what caused it.

This is where I got the neck info, didn't say where it came from. Damn I hate this for him.

Funny, this happened to me this morning while lifting my son. Two spinal injections and some steroids and currently bedridden. Fun stuff

They diagnosed me as a severe lower lumbar sprain and inflamed limpoma. Hope you get to feeling better.

He was trying to play this week to solidify his Ryder Cup position, then he was going to take 6 weeks off.

Didn't realize he was in the mix for the Ryder cup.

Kinda scary his response when asked when he'd be back. "Two weeks, next year, maybe never".

What all did they give you besides the shots?

Ok thanks. I don't know why I thought he was over 12 on the list....old age I guess.

Mickelson is 10th. I hate to pull against him, but I must.

Gave me some muscle relaxers, painkillers and a steroid pack. Its purely muscular but it hurt like hell. Felt like a dagger was stuck right in the middle of my back just below the shoulder blades and when I leaned forward or twisted it felt like it was a rubber band about to pop. Not a great morning but the meds are allowing me to just mush into my couch right now

This just worked for me, so tifwiw, but if I laid on my side (right side for me) with a pillow behind my back and laid back at a 45° angle I could avoid the spasms.
They gave me 500 mg methocarbamol (muscle relaxer) and 7.5 hydrocodone which helped. But try the pillow behind the back. Worth a shot.

I read that he has a bulging disc in his cervical spine.
Having had an operation to correct this same problem, I can tell you he is likely in a lot of pain. Hopefully he won't have to have a discectomy and fusion like I had to have. That would not be good for a golfer.

Trapeze sex with Mrs Dufner. Had to quit.

I will generously volunteer to handle Mrs Dufners "needs" while Duf is recooperating. Wouldnt want him to hurt himself further.
