The biggest thing about Coach Jones is he actually does his job. Unlike that guy we call Derek Doolittle, who really did very little.

Derek Dooley was a loser. He'll always be a loser and he rubbed off on the program and created a losing attitude

First Will Blackwell and now this. I guess I missed the memo that it was "Bash Your Former Coach Because You're A Has Been" month.

Butch does his job... except for the time he squared off against Dooley.

After we rehabilitate Kiffin, we'll start working on Dooley.

As somebody who went 45-5 while I was at UT, that's a place I care a lot about and I'm just glad that there's somebody in charge again who gets it and who wants to be there and take the program back to where it was and where it should be. For Coach Jones to embrace us and bring us back in is a big deal for us."

Dooley walked off with $10 million (including buyout) in 3 years while being totally incompetent. Where can I sign up? you just can't lose in this profession.

Lulz...
They asked Corey Larkins.... they are lucky he didn't say something worse than that.

Mark Richt has lost control of UT's players.

I was in camp with an ex-volunteer and he said he Dooley was a racist psychopath. All cursing and saying racially insensitive crap all the time. We use to laugh at his Dooley impersonations.

one of the worst coaching hires in the SEC ever.

Barbara Dooley is about to cut some bitches for talking bad about her baby.

Coach bullshite does his job by spreading bullshite and pretending to be somebody else. He also kisses arse.
Dooley was an anal SOB. He acted like he was your boss no matter what you do. He damn well didn't have Daddy's genes and couldn't grasp the Saban influence. How he became a recruiting coordinator while at LSU is beyond me.
I heard that he tried to coach Dez Bryant since he is WR coach in Dallas, and Dez told him off.

Derek Dooley is the greatest UGA secret agent to date. Comrade Muschamp is nearing completion. Soon, Comrade Smart will report his findings to the NCAA, thus bringing the Bamastan Dynasty to its knees...

I have to kind-of admit there is a little gratification to be found in all of this.
The shite we took from UT fans, the shite from Fulmer, the recruiting arse-kickings in our own state during the Fat Bradstard Scott years ... UT is getting a little taste of it.
FWIW SCAR has never had six or seven losing seasons in a row ... and UT fans sure like to evoke our ancient past. Wonder why they are having so much trouble with their recent past and current history?
Honestly, and I've said this all before, it could be easily construed that Tennessee is suffering from some serious karma kickback at the moment. All the stuff Fulmer did to Bama, to SCAR and UGA on the recruiting trail ... the shite talk.
I'd be just as quick to blame Fulmer and Hamilton as I would Kiffin and Dooley. Kiffin and Dooley were the effect of the causality of Fulmer and Hamilton and even, to a lesser degree, Doug Dickey.
I'm sort of surprised, but then again I guess I'm not, that some of these players are giving Fulmer such a pass considering Fulmer's last few seasons at the helm. He got fat, let himself go, let the program go.
2013 - 5-7 Jones
2012 - 5-7 Dooley
2011 - 5-7 Dooley
2010 - 6-7 Dooley
2009 - 7-6 Kiffin
2008 - 5-7 Fulmer
2007 - 10-4 Fulmer
2006 - 9-4 Fulmer
2005 - 4-7 Fulmer
Three winning seasons in the past nine years.
It was February of 2005 when the Albert Means scandal finally came to a head and Bama was punished ... Fulmer won the battle but lost the war. He cursed Tennessee football and Tennessee football is now suffering the karma kickback.
Such is life.

Butch Jones is a good coach and a hard worker... I still think UT fires him in 3 years but he will definitely have a solid foundation laid for his replacement... Maybe his replacement will even beat Florida once or twice.

The Titans should offer to play an extra road game when they play the Cowboys, because Dooley shouldn't be allowed back in Tennessee.
