Quality contributions as always.

If you can't make the connections on how this game correlates to Bielema and the SEC in the future please stay in the right hand lane.

More importantly, if you don't have anything of substance to contribute you're wasting bandwidth.

I agree that this game will be interesting but I don't know how much insight it's really going to provide. Gary Andersen may run the same Alvarez-style-offense that BB learned at Wisconsin but there are some real differences.

I am really bullish on Andersen. I think that was a great hire for Wisconsin.

It was a great hire. He did big things at Utah State and I expect he'll do the same at UW.

LSU wins it makes us look good when we beat them later in the season

Wisconsin wins it makes us look good because LSU would have been beat by a team led by players recruited by Bielema.

It's a win-win for tFlagship

LSU is returning 4/5 starters on a very good and experienced OLine not to mention an upgrade at the position coach. With Magee and Fournette running behind them and Wisconsin losing so much on defense we should run the ball effectively. Harris can play football and we got some amazing WR talent.

Key factor in the entire game will be our DLine. Ego was good and Johnson was very overrated. If LaCoture and Gilmore and Thomas can play better and be more productive we crush Wisconsin, if not it will be a close one we will pull away in the 2nd half.

Wisconsin isn't a team that really gets crushed. They rarely lose games by more than 10 points. For some perspective, in the past decade both UW and LSU have lost exactly eight games by more than 10 points.

Yes, LSU should win, but if you look at how things have gone in the past for the Tigers in their season openers, they have struggled to put the game away & have not shown a killer instinct at all--examples North Carolina & Oregon St.

I was thinking we might see a lot more running plays in this game--both teams have some top notch talent at running back and big, experienced offensive lines.

Not sure how playing the game in Houston will affect things, though the crowd should favor LSU.

so you are talking about a game from 2004 and 2010 genius. what about the oregon game where we won 40-27, and 40-20 with 2 minutes left. your argument is idiotic

Slow first half then we bust it wide open in the 3rd.

this is the way I see it playing out. I see LSU methodically pounding away and the flood gates opens up in the third, early fourth and Badger gets punished.

Pretty much...I think WISC will play well, but LSU will open it up in the 4th. Can't wait to see how well the backs do for both teams, though

Because they play in the Big 10. In the SEC, they would find themselves getting crushed occasionally.

Magee will have the majority of the snaps, and Wisky lost everyone on their front 7. If we run the ball well, we should be in good shape.
