Yes. Top 25% and 1300 Math/Reading on the SAT, or 30 on the ACT is an auto-admit.
Also, you might find the following 2014 application acceptance info interesting:
Average SAT Math/Reading score for incoming freshmen is 1240, which I believe is the highest average ever.
