I would say all of it is kinda bullshite.
Arkansas benefits from it, though. We get lots of good students from Texas. McKinney is an hour closer to Fayetteville than it is to Lubbock, and that area of DFW happens to be one of the fastest growing areas in Texas. We've started getting a lot of Austin kids, too. We're probably over 20% Texas kids this fall.

Does A&M still do the 25% and 1300/1600 rule? That was how myself and a lot of kids I knew got in
