I live in Birmingham , went to LSU. I love hating alabama and auburn and their fans. The World Cup makes us all pull for the same team.
I hate that.

If you think we have it bad in that regard, I'd imagine the Europeans, S. Americans, etc. have it much worse. The hatred between their various soccer clubs is 10x worse than the hatred that SEC football programs have for each other, yet every four years, they're on the same team. frick. That.
