I think everyone would agree Herschel Walker is the greatest RB in UGA history, but who would you guys say is the greatest QB?

The most talented was Stafford, the most productive was Murray, and the best winner was Greene.
Greatest is a difficult distinction. You would also have to take Zeier and Tarkenton into account.

I had a well thought out post but my browser crashed....
Cliff notes:
Aaron the best, Stafford the rawest, and Greene will be the most under appreciated of them

Ray Goff would have to be mentioned going from a UGA team captain and three year Letterman then returning as Head Coach years later.

Murray, and it's not even close. Stafford was all about himself and getting to the NFL. Greene had arguably the best talent surrounding him by a pretty good bit, but probably the least physically talented of the three. Murray never had consistency with his supporting cast from year to year, but prepared better than any of the others.
I remember when he played his first year and arguing with many on the old Dawg rant when they wanted Mason or LeMay instead. I think we all saw how that worked out that the coaches actually pegged that one spot on. Just had to get that in.

talent wise: Stafford...that dude is having a pretty good pro career despite being in Detroit...he overthrew stuff yeah...but as was mentioned...he was young...that dude is the most raw talented qb UGA has ever started imho
otherwise and probably the winner: Greene...dude was awesome and damn near willed us to win...he was a great leader and got the job done...we were basically in the NC argument under Greene...
runner-up: Murray...he was great the last two years but damn if I had to watch him pop that chinstrap off after another three and out, I would have stabbed myself in the eyeballs...he did some great things and his work ethic is second to none...he had alot of weapons and had a good touch on the ball...but I dont believe he was as talented as Staff or as much of a winner as Greene...
honorable mention:
EZ
Shockley

I'll take Zeier.
Most accurate/intelligent(football wise).
Greene and Belue were the only two, that I witnessed, that had consistently good defenses to vie for championships.

It's hard to compare them because there are so many variables involved with each QB during their times at UGA. I really can't say who is the greatest, but my favorite is Murray.
