I'll take a National Championship for LSU. This is really not even close for me, but good question.

Prancing around on ice skates is super masculine.

Yup. Whole lot of prancing.

Oh look, they stopped the game so those two guys can take each other's shirts off.

Honestly, I'd take a college world series championship over a World Cup.
I don't need a soccer trophy to know that America is better than the rest of the world.

I fully support our Soccer team. I've even gotten emotionally invested enough in the sport to get angry at the head coach for sitting Donovan. Our guys are big-time underdogs, nobody, not even their coach is giving them a chance to win it all; you just can't help get behind them.
Having said that, I just cannot derive much enjoyment from actually watching the game. I sincerely hope our team is victorious, but it's strictly a nationalistic/patriot/America frick YEAH!! level. As for enjoyment of watching the game, my personal preference is gridiron, but that's not the only criteria for comparing the worth of championships in different sports.
You can't forget about the bragging rights. If you're an American living abroad and our national futbol team wins then your swagger impact on the natives escalates by orders of magnitude (that's not a common circumstance for Americans). CONUS, it's a circlejerk around Americans who actually care about round-football and "who gives 3 shits" with everyone else. Compare that with the rapture and ecstasy of trolling butthurt fan bases of teams your squad crushed on the way to top. Aw hell, that shite's priceless; especially when you work with those people and see them everyday.
I prize a National Championship over a World Cup victory.

They don't always stop play.

Seeing how LSU and the Saints have both won championships in my lifetime, I am going to have to say USA USA USA. With that being said we have no shot in the WC (we will be lucky to make it out of the group stage) but LSU has as good of shot as anybody to win the CFB

Why do you hate America?
Posted on 6/17/14 at 11:06 pm to NawlinsTigah270
It's downright un-American to be a soccer fan.

I played soccer and love some World Cup but it's UK winning a football championship hands down for me.

Definitely South Carolina winning a title.
I like the World Cup and all, but I know where my passion truly lies.

I love every time some frick tard tries to use the soccer is gay line. Its always some first class idiot who is a football fan but doesn't take into consideration that football starts every play by one man bending over for another man doggie style, then the other man walking up closely behind him and sticking his hands between his legs. Each play ends with one man jumping on top of another man and riding his arse to the ground where usually a dog pile gang bang tackle is formed.
Yeahhhhhhhh next time think twice about that before you look all over the internet for a funny picture. Because that's not some by chance picture, that's almost each and every down. Now get your head out of your arse and stop embarrassing yourself.

I have actually said a lot of those same things before. I just know how much it would mean to the country though so I have to sacrifice and let the large majority win if given the choice
