Or will you continue to respect the elite athlete and potential for greatness he possesses?

Actually feel bad for him, he'll never reach his full potential with Miles and his meddling.

he's just a running back. he's hardly lsu most important recruit.

Surely he can't be the humble charismatic individual that Christian Laettner was.

He's an elite athlete that will lose wianable games due to improper clock management.

I for one am taking the wait and see approach. I don't expect him to replace Hill and us not take a step back. I also realize he may not even be the starter next year. There's a good possibility, but it's not a given

I will always cheer for him because I know he has Bama in his heart.

I don't know. The bruiser with speed is definitely needed with this offense, but that's really unrelated to the amount of hype LSU fans inject into any SEC player thread. I know a lot is tongue in cheek, but it will only get more obnoxious.

Being a highschool super star doenst always mean he will be successful in college. Until he produces at LSU, i will reserve judgment.

The amount of hype that LSU fans are creating about LF's arrival is almost silly. I realize that his potential and playmaking ability is second-to-none, but that's a LOT of pressure to put on an 18-year-old. No doubt he is capable of doing great things for LSU..I just hope that the fans will refrain from crucifying him if and when he makes a costly mistake (as almost all freshmen do). Then again, this is the LSU fanbase we are talking about..anything less than 2000 yards, 20 TDs and a heisman is grounds for pulling his scholarship.

Is that anything like losing unwinnable games because your opponents defense cleaned your Heisman Trophy winner's clock?

"Johnny Who, Johnny Who, we said at LSU, that's what we said down south in Tiger Town that fateful day". (I'm sorry, Archie)..
I hope I get tired of hearing about LF in the next 3 years, at least he would have made some kind of splash.
