What's funny is since UA started making expansion a priority, each year it has become more selective. "For the fall 2003 entering class, UA accepted 85 percent of the students who applied. Each year since that time, the percent of applicants who were admitted has gradually decreased. For fall 2010, only 55 percent of those who applied were accepted." "The class’s average ACT score is 25.8, the highest average in UA history, and 1,768 freshmen measured a high school GPA of 4.0 or above, up from 1,725 in 2012." He was completely full of shite.
The acceptannce rate has lowered because everyone with a GED from the state has applied to get season tickets and a chance to party on the strip. The bammers get to frame the rejection letters and hang them next to the "Dogs playing poker" artwork in their livingrooms.

The acceptance rate always makes me chuckle. People who know they have no shot of getting into a decent school will give bama a shot just in case.

So you're belittling us for becoming a more popular school to apply to? Okay, we mustn't be improving in quality then. Explain the consistent increase in average GPA and and ACT scores for me in layman's terms since I have no clue what I'm talking about after being a student worker in the office of admissions for two years of undergrad.
