I just wanted to get your thoughts post spring-practice.
Well, since we haven't beaten LSU in 20 years, I just assumed you were being a smart arse. My apologies.

I agree, for some reason we match up better with A&M and Bama matches up better with Om. I think part of it is style and part of it is psychological.

Glad something to this tune was finally posted, I've been wondering why they haven't just given us the trophy already. The rest of the SEC best set their sights on 2015 and pray Dak doesn't stay for a senior season.

It makes no sense honestly

Y'all could slow Manziel down without much effort but Bo Wallace had your number for some reason

I feel pretty good about our chances at home against Aub. Our defense will be the fastest D in the league this year, I think we'll contain Marshall enough and Dak will do his thing. I feel better about having a chance against LSU this year, now that Beckham and Landry are gone. They have been the 2 that's killed us the last couple of years. Dak going back to LA, he'll be wanting it bad.

Whoa. Slow down there buddy. Y'all are very experienced, that's for sure. But Alabama and LSU will always have the fastest defense in the league.

Florida probably will have the best defense in the league this year.

What if the LSU game comes down to special teams? We didn't fire our special teams' coach.

Fun fact: I was at the last football game State beat LSU. Haven't been back to a State-LSU football game since.

Just watch Henry. Bookmark this thread. We have top a top tier D line, we have the fastest linebackers in the SEC, and have the experience and speed in the secondary.

Won't disagree with this.

Florida has you beat in both of these categories.

I'll take McKinney, Wells, Brown bro's, Bohanna, D. Harris. I understand in the secondary they (FLA) has the top CB in the nation & a heck of a secondary. I do feel good about a healthy Love & Hughes to go along with Calhoun, Redmond, Cox and Giles. I guess I'm a homer but do look forward to seeing the numbers at seasons end.

Don't want you to think I'm disagreeing that your defense will be very good. I just need to see it before I say it will be better than the others I mentioned.

AU won't be msu's superbowl this year because the game is not as early. Msu opens sec play in baton rouge this year so they won't be focused on AU all summer.

Both actually have decent schedules unlike last year when ole miss played 5 straight games against talented teams in a row.

Both get AU at home this year as well. Ole miss also plays Bama at home.
