Why would anyone think Shaka is 'can't miss'? The vast majority of his tenure indicates he's not as good as Anthony Grant.

My point was that even Shaka and Marshall as 'big name' as they are right now aren't can't miss and that no coach is really 'can't miss' particularly when they move to a new school as every school has a different set of advantages/disadvantages and variables.
