Vandy started but needs to realize you dont do serious crimes...just stupid shite. Mason will have to teach them the right level of crime that actually does pay.

Well great on that judge, but that's not the usual occurrence and you know it.
i've seen several different judges at the state level do it. judge in superior court where i currently work will let you do community service (for felonies) instead of paying fines at the rate of 8 dollars an hour. i'm telling you, it isn't uncommon. most people just pay the fines, but when i worked in the solicitor's office, we worked with people all the time that were indigent. for instance, if they had a speeding ticket for $150 and said they couldn't pay it, we'd ask how much they could pay today. if they said nothing, we'd give them a continuance. if they could afford a healthy portion, we'd just lower their fine and close their case. others we offered community service. of course, eventually people have to do something. they cant keep coming to court and ask for continuances forever. but we gave them plenty of leeway
regardless, not showing up to court is ignorant and easily avoidable. i don't feel much sympathy for people who get bench warrants for failure to appear.

Any entity that takes on debts from consumers does just fine. Besides collections, you could double their points on their license if they don't pay by a certain date. There are a multitude of alternatives to issuing an arrest warrant for a petty and insignificant occurrence.
for a regular traffic ticket, your license gets suspended for your first failure to appeal, and then you have a bench warrant for your second. this is in Georgia, btw

Except that, in Louisiana some can beat the law. Just in time for kick off. Love the innocence of tiger crowd.

Kyler Murray will win a national championship.
Please make a thread with this as the title. It's better bump material for later if it's in the title. Thanks in advance.

Sound like this years winner of

The "Switzer Slam" is awarded to any program that wins the Fulmer Cup, national championship and Heisman Trophy in the same year, with a quarterback costing less than $250,000 (inflation adjusted). In 2011 Auburn became the first, and thus far only, recipient of the Switzer Slam. However, this title is disputed, as many believe Cam Newton cost more than $250,000.
