Well, he's not exactly wrong. AU could have very easily lost 2 more games than they did and not won the SEC, or hell even the division.

There were 124 teams that could have lost a few more games.

That could be said about every SEC Champion the last 10 years.

I think we might could've won a few more the year before and then retained chiz too. Glad it worked out this way.

We were also about 20 seconds away from winning the National Championship..

A game that we "Should" have won

That is true. On the other hand, Auburn could just as easily been NC's. That article was spot on. It's a fun style to watch. It's obviously very difficult to defend. It's here and SEC DC's are going to have to figure out a way to slow it down.

I heard all year that there was no way that one dimensional Auburn could stay with that vaunted bama run D. almsot 300 rushing yards later.....Mizzou's rush D is the second best in the SEC. 545 rushing yards later.......FSU definitely has the best D Auburn has faced. They also have a month to prepare for Auburn. 449 yards of O later........(the D is what cost Auburn the NC, not the O.)
