Hard to name just one, but here are some that definitely make the cut:
- Venice, Italy
- LLangollen, Wales
- Villarrica, Chile
- Shell Mera, Ecuador
- Santorini, Greece
- Barcelona, Spain
- Kipahulu, Maui, Hawaii
- Dubrovnik, Croatia
- Sorrento, Italy
Google image search any of the above and enjoy (except maybe Shell Mera. For that you kind of had to be there. )

Best time I ever had was Cancun in 2000. It was a few years before mtv went there and really "americanized" it. Went with a buddy and his gf. Had a blast doing day activities and partying all night. Went back with my girlfriend the next year, but had a LOT more fun with my buddy chasing skirts and partying hard.
Been all over Europe and vegas about 3 times a year. That Cancun trip was the best though and big part was it wasn't Americanized yet and actually felt like a foreign country back then.
ETA: second best trip ever was a ski trip to aspen with all my college buddies. Barely slept. Partied all night, skied all day. Was near death when it was over but it was a blast.
Back to Europe, it was nice for the culture, sight seeing, tours and history, but none of the places I went make my top 20 best trips even.
All my best trips were with buddies where we partied to be honest. Cancun, aspen, the keys, nola, vegas, Miami, etc.

I love Nassau. The people are friendly, it's easy to navigate your way around the island, and the water is perfect.
I also had a great time in Santiago, Chili.

No he's absolutely right. All of their sodas taste flat or like diet soda.
I got an orange soda on a hot day and it was a huge disappointment. I ate some kangaroo though so that was pretty cool.

Kangaroo meat? Not bad, but you have not lived until you've sat down with some cannibals deep in the Amazon basin of Ecuador and eaten monkey meat.
At least - I hope it was monkey meat.

I personally love London and Paris. If you can keep the Gypsies at bay in Paris, its a fantastic city.

Tie between Peru and Australia.
Peru: mancu pichu was one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen.
Australia: got to dive the barrier reef and got to see Sydney harbor for New Years

Singapore. I was there in the summer of 1996 as a United States Marine off of ship liberty. That country is clean you could eat off the streets and it's a safe country. You see kids walking down a major street at night in a major city and those kids are safe. They don't frick around in Singapore man. You get silly and try to harm your fellow citizens, you get fricked up. They let you get drunk and have fun but you better not get silly. The people there were peaceful, respectful and docile.

Sounds awful. Law and order is fine, but that amount of control over the population is ridiculous.

It wasn't exactly a vacation, but I was stationed for a year in Monterey, CA and absolutely loved the place. Perfect climate and beautiful scenery. If not for the high cost of living, I'd be tempted to move there.
Likewise, the scenery in the Bavarian Alps is pretty impressive. If you like hiking through the mountains, it is tough to beat. Good food and beer, too.

I go to Guatemala every year and I love it.
Love the people and the countryside.
It's not a great place for amenities or safety, but I really love going back every year.
