Went to Australia back in 2003, it was cool but the sodas were bland. The pizzas were also weird, I saw a Dominos commercial for a barbecue/yogurt chicken pizza where they drizzled yogurt over the whole thing. This was apparently normal to the Australians, we were all terrified.

I don't get out much, but Playa del Carmen has always done me right. Stateside, it's hard to beat the Redneck Riviera.

Greece was pretty cool, especially the islands. Great food, beautiful scenery, nice people.

I really liked Hawaii but Big Sky, Montana was probably the best vacation I've been on.

Took a cruise to every (habitable) main Hawaiian island ... If you ever go you must go to Kuaui... It kicks the other islands arse

Actually only shook his hand (1973) at the palace in Bucharest. He was a short guy.

I'll second Spain. Great country and people. Also love St John in the USVI.

Rural England, Ireland, or Scotland.

London, Dublin, and Edinborough were fun but I loved the small towns.

Spent two weeks in South Africa. Cape Town is absolutely gorgeous, but I really enjoyed the small towns in the interior.

Amazing country, with incredible food and deliciously cheap beer. I'd go back, but a 15 hour plane ride is nothing to sneeze at.

Umm, wtf?

I'm sure you're kidding, but I can't imagine that if I went to Australia this is something I would take away from the trip.

No he's absolutely right. All of their sodas taste flat or like diet soda.

Rural England is awesome. I loved Cannon Beach, Oregon, Grand Canyon and Sedona, and Northern Michigan.
