I'm pretty sure there are not any, actually. They don't mandate testing or punishment for any drugs at all. It is left up to the conferences/schools, we could just stop testing or stop publicly punishing for it at least. No announcement needs to be made or anything, just do it.

NCAA rules = PED's & that's about it I think...

I'm pretty sure the NCAA has a "no-drug" policy that they require of member schools. I doubt UGA would being dishonest in this matter with the strict policies we have right now. Meaning, if they change their policy to allow marijuana use, that may be a direct violation of the NCAA policy on drug bans.

I honestly don't know if there would be any fallout from the NCAA if UGA took marijuana of its banned substances list (formally), but I doubt it would be pretty. Especially if other members started complaining about recruiting disadvantages based on the policy.
