Doubtful. Even if the State of Georgia legalized it, it would still be illegal under Federal code, so I highly doubt UGA would sign off on it. Plus, there are NCAA implications.

Prolly be like Mizzou & Columbia... Busted in Athens/Clarke Co. = citation. Busted on Campus = State property = State statues...

I'm pretty sure there are not any, actually. They don't mandate testing or punishment for any drugs at all. It is left up to the conferences/schools, we could just stop testing or stop publicly punishing for it at least. No announcement needs to be made or anything, just do it.
