Yeah, it was fun as heck going there for a weekend during college, but I would never buy a lakehouse or live there. My dad sold our place about 15 years ago and bought one in Heber and said it was one of the best decisions he ever made.

As for the non-Arkansas towns in the bracket, Marfa, Texas? LOL wut?
And Annapolis? Maybe it's just me, but I don't consider Maryland southern in any way, shape or form.

i wouldn't want to live there either but i love hot springs. i love the way it's some trashy/some quaint. you can sleeze or shop or get pampered or get your drink on whatever you want to do there. it's like a smaller level new orleans.
