Common Sense and Hardcore History by Dan Carlin. The Hardcore History shows can be a little daunting at nearly 4 hours apiece, but the CS shows are usually one-hour shots.

It's a must for any serious nerd.

As a history buff myself, I've been yearning for a good history podcast. Are there others?

I'm absolutely hooked on Dan Carlin's podcast now. I went and bought his 4 episodes on the WW2 Eastern Front and am almost done. He's fantastic. I appreciate it!!
