re: Can we only vote once a year on access for posters outside of the AU fanbase?

I could get behind one vote a year sometime around A-Day. And having to have been through at least one football season before letting our on vote. Also limiting the number of outsiders to like 5 and making those 5 have to re-earn posting privileges every year.
