Take Johnny Football. I'm never doubting that God among men ever again.

However there's not much difference in the # 5-9 QB's taken compared to the valley between the top 3 from the fifth QB taken.

they won a playoff game with TJ Yates. I'm sure they'll do fine with Murray or mett or mccarron

Defensive player first. The media likes to tell us we need a quaterback to win a Super Bowl, but after watching Seattle dl play it doesn't matter who your qb is if he's on the ground.

However, there is only 1 OLB or DE who is as good as Clowney and that's Clowney.

maybe if you're a GM that thinks you can win games with 40 yard dashes. but if you are looking for actual production there are DE/OLBs who are as good or better than clowney

they already have a decent dline, and o'brien doesn't want a scrambler/short guy running the offense ... bortles will be the #1 pick ... crapshot, to be sure, but they need a qb ...

Either you disagree with pretty much every top football mind in the business right now, know something the rest of them don't, or are an idiot.

you should read more.

“You talk about a guy like Clowney, who’s just got superhuman abilities, versus this kid, if I had a choice between the two, I think I’m going Mack,” Mayock said.

or you could just watch football and you'd see that there are better options than Clowney

Clowney and QB later. We all know Clowney has the physical ability to become an all-pro. Manziel has the potential to be great but his potential to fail is much greater than. Clowney because Manziel doesn't have the ideal QB size or arm strength.

Manziel is a winner.
Clowney is lazy.

That is why I said "pretty much". Besides, Mayock is one guy, and one who has missed big time on some prospects over the years. I'll trust my own eyes + the overwhelming consensus over one man.

You've yet to name a DE you would take over Clowney in the draft even though you've twice said there are better options.

Bortles and draft a DE layer like Michael Sam, Dee Ford, Chris Smith, or Ed Stinson.

Clowney is lazy. tPOS that is still riding the wave of a lucky hit from 2 years ago. Hasn't done a single thing since that day.

Clowney won more games than Manziel last year.
