I understand why he left arky but can someone explain why he chose to go to USC .

Think they recruited him out of high school but mostly because his HS/Ark teammate Damian Williams also transferred there.

Momma had him convinced he was better than he was. Plus, Damien Williams had transferred there and they were in the throes of the Carroll era at that time. Can't fault him for heading there, but it definitely backfired.

Hindsight made everyone realize that he was phenomenally overrated coming out of high school because he was on a ridiculously talented team (had over 5 BCS signees) and had a great coach.
