TOS: What's in your Emergency Stash?

I've only got a couple days of non-perishable food, I will never forget going 4 days without power in 2009 when we got a freak snow storm in Athens that wasn't forecast.
I have 3 of the mini-bottle of propane and a camp stove, along with a full size propane burner and tank, but those I don't keep full so I don't consider them emergency ready.... just the mini ones.
I figure if another freak ice storm or something else happens that keeps me without power, and the inability to go to a store because they won't have power, I'll have a couple of days of food already in the kitchen just as a matter of normal life, plus a few days more.
6 packs of ramen
2 cans of chef boy r d
2 cans of chicken
1 can of spam
2 boxes of rice a roni
2 mini-cans of propane
2 acres of wooded land on which to gather firewood for the woodburning stove
No water stashed. I can't imagine a situation where Athens water loses pressure or becomes otherwise contaminated in such a way that I wouldn't at least be able to boil it clean.
Deep cycle marine battery on a trickle charger with inverter to keep cell phones charged in case internet is still available from ATT wireless.
If anything happens that has me without power or transportation for more than a week, I'm fricked.

We have gas stoves and water heaters so I'm not worried about that. Do have lots of water and food in the basement mainly for extra storage, but would be used in case of emergency

There's no way I could keep an emergency stash like that, because all it would take is one weekend where I get really really fricked up and starving and I'd just start eating out of the stash.

I don't have much of anything for an emergency stash, but I've recently been thinking about stocking up on some things just in case. I'm woefully unprepared for a disaster right now. The only thing I've got a fair amount of is ammo.

Generator, gas, all the canned stuff, extra propane tank, rifles, ammo and a spotlight to be used along with them

No, can't do spam. My father in law gave my wife and me a big bucket of long life military rations just in case. I always keep meat in the freezer so I would grill that and I am buying a second propane tank for extra gas for the gas grill and I always keep at least one bag of good charcoal in the garage for the charcoal grill. If you have meat your OK.
