AU gets 3 in the 3rd to tie the game 3-3 but should have been at least 4. There were 2 bleeping runners thrown out at the plate in the inning. Bottom 3rd now.

Auburn softball swept again by a ranked opponent. This time at home. Goodbye ranking.

Doubt it. They only dropped 1 spot after getting swept by Florida last week and in the 7 losses have been by a combined 9 runs. That means 5 one run games.

Turned the game off after AU went 3 up, 3 down in the top of the 9th. Knew it was over.

We choked this one away big time. We left 10 on base, had 3 errors, and worst of all 4 runners thrown out on base when they should not have tried to advance including 2 at home plate. I love aggressive playing but there is a big difference between aggressive and flat out stupid. Sunny passed aggressive a long time ago.

We do a ton of baserunning drills in practice. From what I hear, it just seems like the players are still getting used to different baserunning philosophies and are hesitant.

These kids are getting thrown out by miles. Hesitation would not play a factor even if it's there.

Haven't seen a game in a couple weeks but I do know from someone at practice that I would be "shocked" at how many baserunning drills they run. As in, "For how shitty they are, you'd think they would be better" from all the drills

Just what I heard

Don't think this team is going to make a regional this year.

What is our deal with hitting once we get runners on? We can hit all day if there's no one on base, but as seen as we get a baserunner, we go into hiding. One of the worst teams I've ever followed trying to hit with runners on base.

Scoring three runs in an SEC game is considered a good day the way our offense is going. Just not going to win games hitting like this.
