I have a theory about that. I grew up playing baseball and played a LOT of tournament softball before I became more mature. Along the Gulf Coast the ball doesn't carry like it does in say Atlanta or Birmingham. I really think that was the same thing with Parkey. He just wasn't getting the distance he is used to getting because he was very close to sea level. (I can't remember if he was kicking it through the endzone against LSU. It was a stiff dew/heavy air night that game though)

My buddy was sitting on the 14th row around the 20 behind Auburn's bench and he said that he had a trainer with him most of the night. His back or thigh was hurting him and my buddy said you could see pain on his face when he left the field.
As for who gets drafted, Ford, Prosch, Mason, GRob, Davis will all five get drafted and possibly Clark. Parkey will have a couple free agent offers but he isn't an elite kicker and that is all that gets drafted.
