How about Rev. Richt calling plays and we hire a Special Teams coach?
Richt does not look like he motivates on the sideline. He just looks like he is walking around reciting the gospel. Hire a recruiter/ST's coach and lets roll to another Capitol One Bowl!

After reading "Gates of Fire" (historical fiction about the battle of Thermopylae), I've had a different perspective about emotional, motivational speeches.
In the book, it describes the discipline of the Spartans being the key to victory in battle. When the blood starts flowing and screams fill the air, it is discipline that keeps the line intact, not the rousing speech that was delivered before the battle that instills a temporary sense of bravery or inspiration. Such bravery will be short-lived without discipline.
Frankly, I don't care if CMR gives wonderful hurrah-speeches to the players on the sidelines. I want him, and the other coaches, to have the players disciplined so that they will do their job when they are winning and when they are losing. Leave the inspirational speeches for the books and movies.

Absolutely not. Someone forgot why Bobo was made OC in the first place.

It better not have or his house is getting so egged. Until I see the pistol again I will refuse to call him anything other than an ok OC.
