If we don't make the tournament this year he is definitely on the hot seat.

Don't disagree. You can't not make the tourney three years in a row and not feel a little heat. If he doesn't make the dance, his seat will be pretty warn. If he doesn't make the NIT this year, he'll be coaching for his job next season.

Anderson was about 4th or 5th down my list of desired, "realistic" candidates for the job at the time, and I even remarked to my wife then that I thought we overpaid for him. Like all coaches, I gave him the benefit of the doubt, but I'm tiring of coming up small whenever we venture outside the 479. Plus, the dynamics of college basketball allow for a quicker turnaround than in football, and it shouldn't be taking years to get back on track.

He should be firmly on it or fired. Im with Lat, wasn't thrilled with the hire, but thought he would at least make the tournament 75% of the time at worst.

It doesn't take 3 years to build a basketball team, not the same as football in any way, shape, or form. I'm sick of it. We could've had guys like Wichita States coach and we'd already be a top 25 team. I'm going Saturday and I'll cheer hard, but I have no faith in us going anywhere this year or next honestly
