We complain here all the time about every little thing that needs to be done so I thought we might as well put it all into one thread. I'm going to break it down into all facets from on to off the field.

Coaching Related
- Special Teams Coach

Facility Related
- Indoor Practice Facility
- A Whole New Stegeman Lunch Pavilion

Recruiting Related
- More Recruiting Advisors/Assistants
- Oversigning to Count for Attrition
- Solid Linemen Recruitment

Administration Related
- Use the Surplus of Money to Gain a Winning Attitude
- Keep up with the Rest of the SEC in Every Aspect

Anything else?

ETA...
Accomplished!!!

One more thing...since none of those things will ever happen...we need a dump truck full of luck. That's the only way...

We need about a dozen breaks to go our way.

Everything else is moot.

What is the point of analyzing what is going to be fixed or not? None of those things are ever going to happen in Athens. It is like discussing some type of false hope.

Need to hire about a dozen "analysts" to supplement the coaching staff like our rivals have.

You covered most of it but I would add daily discipline as a fundamental aspect of our coaching philosophy. This instills positive attitudes and concentration on details leading to superior execution. Perfect example was both Lynch and Wooten not looking the ball into their hands and securing the ball on critical 4th down plays.

Unfortunately UGA takes a warped sense of pride in the very things that hold us back. It is institutional, as ingrained in UGAs culture as cheating is to auburn's. it is piss testing after spring break. Sending all SEC players to our rivals bc we are to good to have them. Severe penalties for any infraction coupled with hyper-aggressive enforcement. Our own special academic eligibility standards.

It is a culture that has an RA call the cops for smelling pot, a campus police force that would actually respond to a call about smelling pot, search the room and find no pot but go ahead and arrest over pot "residue", and a coach willing to suspend players for the ridiculous (and very true) story above.

I dont see how this is reversed. Doesn't matter who the coach is, Saban wouldn't win MNC's in UGA's environment. Closest thing we'll get to sniffing the big game is beating our SEC chests while all of our rivals pass around the crystal football.

We need a whole new coaching staff (maybe keep Bobo), a new AD and a new president (coming). A few board members need to step down and donors need to say that they are interested in winning a National fricking Championship and if the school does not listen they will shut their check books!

GO DAWGS!

I don't think we will get the top recruits necessary to develop a to 4 program with the coaching staff we have now.
Start with Bobo. Great statistics but runs an offense straight out of the '60's and totally predictable. Wouldn't be coaching there now if it weren't for Murray's incredible talent.
O Line is poorly coached or out of condition. How can a back get thru a season while being constantly hit at the line of scrimmage?
D Line has no pressure on QB and LB's constantly getting dragged 5 yards downfield.
D Backs don't know their assignments.
BUT...it all starts at the top. Richt has no passion. Richt doesn't get in anybody's shite even when they need it. Richt has poor clock management skills (SEC Title game). Richt can't get the top guys to sign with UGA. Hell, if you were a top 10 guy, would you want to play for Ga or do you want to go to AU or Ala or FSU or Clemson and try to win a title? This answer is clear.

1: Draconian Self-Inflicted Sanctions Must End

This includes previous years undersigning, and the suspensions. None of that would have helped the injury situation this year, but maybe we would have had more depth in the secondary, won the Clemson game, won the Nebraska game, and still have a 10-win season despite the injuries.

Furthermore, many 4 and 5 star kids want to party when they go to college. They watch American Pie, Road Trip, etc, and college is just a big party. They see UGA as a catholic reform school. This does help with the really Christian kids from families of strong faith, but it hurts with the kids who want to be able to cut loose every once in a while.

But as WorkingDawg said, UGA administration actually takes pride in the exact bullshite that holds the program back. They'd rather win 9 games and say "we did it the right way" than win the national championship and say "we played by the same rules as everyone else".

That's really all I'm asking for. Just play by the same rules that everyone else is playing by. Or join the ACC. It's really that simple.

Looks like we just got one thing taken care of. Let's see with the upcoming hire if some of the admin issues will be answered.
