They had multiple lotteries in 2010. Those people realize they can't sell tickets and never pick them up

Hey this applies to me 
I didn't enter but I had a friend that did just to see if he could get it and sell it once he picked it up in Pasadena to try and cut his costs

This was my only conceivable shot to get one. Luckily I did. I'll be scraping my money together to fund this thing. I have no clue how I'm even getting out there...
