Thankfully, I am not here long term.
If I bought a house somewhere, it would probably be on the coast where I am from. Still the thought of debt makes me cringe. I sort of have a problem though because I don't like debt of any kind.
ETA: What kind of work (industry) do you do if you don't mind my asking?

I'm in the Army Guard, but as a full time employee and do electrical work on the side.
