LR is a dumpster. Every tailgate I've ever had in LR I've had something stolen, someone fall drunk into my tailgate or someone drunk stumbling past me coming or going to the stadium.
Fayetteville is just an overall better experience. The stadium and facilities are something to be proud of.
I'm embarrassed every time we havea televised game in LR.
My seats in LR are 100x better than in Fayetteville. It's just time.it's been time.

For me it's several factors.
I'm an alumni, so my nostalgia lies with walking around campus with my wife (also an alum) and not with attending games in a decrepit stadium in a crap part of a bad town.
Fayetteville > Little Rock
Dickson St. (F-ville) > River Market (Little Rock)
Campus > golf course on Markham
Razorback Stadium > War Memorial
F-ville revenues > War Memorial revenues
Razorback Stadium capacity > War Memorial capacity
NWA money > Central Arkansas money
I'ts really that simple.
