If Auburn beats Alabama that win alone should give them enough to jump Ohio State, but will it?
to ensure that it will they need a highly ranked Missouri in Atlanta instead of S.Carolina.A win there an they are in Pasadena no ifs ands or buts.
Missouri needs Bama to win.Beating the 2 time defending champs in Atlanta would IMO give them enough to jump Ohio State.
Both Auburn and Missouri as it stands can claim tougher schedules than OSU and even Florida State for that matter.

Bama will win. Mizzou will win.

Don't think human voters would place a 1 loss team over an undefeated team from a major conference. Who knows. Maybe we will find out.

Neither will jump an undefeated OSU. IMO

I don't think we jump OSU either way unless they lose. But if USCe beats Clemson, a win over them rather than Mizzou wouldn't be much different

That would effect the computers but not the human voters which is 2/3 of the system.

No way a 1 loss team jumps an undefeated tOSU

I just don't see a one loss team jumping OSU. If OSU goes undefeated, it would mean that they beat a one loss Mich. St. team.
I think they should be ranked in the top two, but it won't happen.

Bama will win both easily, making this a moot point.

It doesn't matter. OSU is not winning out. Either Alabama, Auburn or Mizzou will play for the NC.

I see, so you believe Bama could not beat a highly ranked SCAR in Atlanta?

With all the SEC fatigue, I honestly don't see how you guys think voters are going to put an Auburn team that lost by two scores to LSU or a Mizzou team that lost to a banged up, two loss East team over an Urban Meyer coached OSU with two consecutive undefeated regular seasons.

the problem with your theory is that no one had "we want bama" tees.

Totally agree. If Mizzou wins sat. night they need a bama win too to have any chance at the BCSNCG. If they played Auburn it won't be enough to jump OSU if they win out.

Lets say Mizzou or AU finishes with one loss and OSU and FSU are undefeated. Do you really believe voters nationwide, knowing they're voting for the teams to play for the NC, are going to put an SEC team at #2 on their ballots?

AU needs to get their collective asses kicked
