I think it was the best for both Mizzou and aTm and the SEC. We may have a better record so far this year than last year, but......we have'nt done anything yet. There's still two more games to go. Then if we're lucky enough to win those two games, then we have a shear cliff to climb in just competing with Bama in the SEC-CG. So until all this takes place, I'm not ready to get too excited.

I think it was no secret that the big 12 being weakened when Mizzou was the final pick to go the SEC. As a matter of fact, the big 12 looked at one point like it may not survive losing the teams that left. There was alot of doubt going on. I think when the big 10 rejected Mizzou before all this happened, the Bevo 12 took this as a weakness and misjudged thier bounds and it backfired on them.

But most Mizzou fans are glad to be here instead of there. Being treated like a second class citizen in your own conference is hard to stomach year after year.

The Big 12 showed their lack of knowledge by bringing in West Virginia. They would have been better off bringing in BYU if they wanted a team that far away.

The team that the Big 12 should have brought in was Louisville. Decent football team that would have benefited from some Texas recruiting and a very good basketball team to compete with kansas.

TCU brings nothing and is horrible in basketball. If you don't bring in BYU then Cincinnati would have been a much better fit compared to the TCU/WV.
