Damn! That is scary. Glad he's okay.

In today's news, Buehler has been successful this far in pitching out of trouble. He lost control during the second inning and on a few pitches in the third, loading the bases on walks. Conde also continued the Vanderbunt tradition, putting Xavier in position to score a run.

Buehler came back strong, but Hayden Stone was the pitching star with a nasty curve. 8 SOs in 3 IP.

Last night was fun. Walker and Hayden shut up those yappy tech players and their fans. Hayden's slider is practically unhittable.

Moved to 15-2 with a 4-1 win on Sunday over Winthrop. Tyler Ferguson has been a great surprise as the no.3 starter really has some electric stuff. Need to get the bats going a little better as LSU comes to town next weekend.

Projected wins this weekend? I think we take the series 2-1, losing the Friday game.

I'm leaning that way also. I'm interested to see how Beede does this year when the pitching matchup is equal.

Over/under 20 total runs in the LSU series?

I'm going under.

I agree on the under. I dont think we will top 10 runs total before Sunday. Also, for those interested, I've started keeping the polls and RPI numbers under the stats at the start of the thread.

Total runs at 19. The under is starting to look shaky.

Yup. Looks like we were both right with the series predictions. They bounced back big time today after the tough loss last night.

Big series coming up @ State. Any predictions? I'm thinking another 2-1, but hoping for a sweep!

I'm worried about Ross Mitchell though. I could definitely see 2-1, losing the Mitchell game.
