Same thing happened with Cam Newton. He wasn't a good fit for our offensive scheme, and it's not a good long-term strategy to plan your offense around one player unless you own an NFL team.

Cam would've been a successful QB at Georgia, Marshall probably wouldn't have been.

What's so hard about learning to handoff a dive on 3 and 15, throwing ineffective screens, not throwing to talented tight ends, etc.? Cam or Nick should have been able to pickup on that quite easily.

I agree with the OP and most players who are iffy but Cam could've and should've been a QB
