All of you are talking about how great Manziel is as a double threat QB and you're right, he is. The problem with A&M is that he is their ONLY offence. Think about how the game started. They came out and scored real fast. Then BAM, we hit back hard. So what happened? I'll tell you what happened, THE WEATHER!

95 degrees in College Station(probably 105 on the field.)
A&M wearing dark red jerseys. Sun beating down hard.

Manziel is both QB AND RB. Did you see him towards the end of the half. He was huffing and wheezing like an old man. But AJ don't hafta run. He has many RB's to hand off to which keeps him from getting so tired. When the air is hot the air is THIN (i.e. less oxygen)Wear out Manziel and A&M offence falls flat. Their offence didn't pick up until the shade covered the stadium.

Never-the-less when they put the cameras on him in the 4th quarter he was back to huffing and puffing. To beat A&M all you have to do is wear out Manziel.

If this game had been played in Indiana in November the score would probably been very different.
