ETA: Looked it up and the answer is no to multiple official visits to the same school. So if he goes it's not an OV.

Oh okay so it's just a regular visit, keep in mind Fort Scott is a short drive to Fayetteville.

Our 247 guy doesn't make predictions like that much either, so he's heard some pretty convincing things from his sources.

Doesn't mean we'll get him, but sounds very good for us, getting him for a 2nd visit.

About what? He's probably not saying much, keeping quiet, I don't blame him.

We'll know a lot more after his visit.

M Humphrey (Heavy lean)
M Elam (Between us and UK)
Hootie (More of a hopeful pick than what I expect to happen)
L Carter
T Luatua (Not sure if we're going after him that hard)
J Smith (My pick for this year's "surprise" signing)
D Mama (May be a long shot but with USC's struggles we may have a chance)

From your 247 guy, the obstacle you were talking about is Momma. An official would have gotten her trip from NC to Arky paid for. Is she making the trip for the USC game? If so,that will be the big factor. If not then getting her on board would be harder without visiting, wouldn't it?

Also, I would be more worried if Lamin wasn't going for our game with you guys. If he were going to the A&M v Arky game, for instance, it would be a bigger red flag. It's the furthest we travel west this year, so he gets another shot at watching us play live.

(I'm assuming here... not sure what the protocol is for an UV. Can he visit any coaches he chooses, or is he required to stick to the home school? Just wondering...)

I still think this is a UK/Miami battle in the end. His OV this past weekend to Columbia was a surprise, though. I'd put him as unlikely, but not crazily so.

Depends, Alex Collins' momma was never on board and he chose us over Miami/FSU.

The big obstacle was distance, which is no longer a factor per our 247 guy, so that tells me momma isn't near as big a factor considering she is tied into distance.

And yes, official or unoffical, you have to stay with the home teams recruits/visitors/hosts/coaches.

That would be beefy for you guys. If you get a class like the one you outlined I'll be worried about Ole Miss next year and for as long as Freezus stays there.
