Paul Fortenberry's (Volquest) Prediction...most are fairly safe bets, and if you were to poll any service I imagine the answer would be similar if not exactly the same.

Charles Mosley (DT/OT Brighton TN) ****, Composite ****, 235 Overall

Josh Malone (WR Gallatin TN) ****, Composite ****, 61 Overall)

Evan Berry (Cornerback/Athlete Fairburn GA) ****, Composite ****, NR in top247)

Elliot Berry (LB Fairburn GA) ***, Composite ***, NR in top247)

Dewayne Hendrix (DE O'Fallon IL) ****, Composite ****, 194 Overall)

Derek Barnett (DE Nashville TN) ****, Composite ****, 146 Overall)

TBD - JUCO DT or OL (hoping for Blair, but obviously a long shot. we're in a couple other JUCOs as well)

- All rankings 247

Obviously, this would be a stellar finish for the Vols, and would likely solidify a top 5 class. I'd be a little concerned with our lack of quality OL/DT, but it would certainly be our highest rated class since 2007(hopefully it will be more successful.

Some 4-7 of these guys:

Keyon Brown OLB, FL (very likely, deciding 9/28) ****, Composite ****, 227 overall

Lorenzo Carter OLB, GA (good chance) *****, Composite *****, 4 overall

Rashaan Evans OLB, AL (good chance) ****, Composite ****, 70 overall

Josh Malone WR, TN (good chance) ****, Composite ****, 61 overall

Elisha Shaw NT, GA (pretty good chance) ****, Composite ****, 100 overall

David Sharpe OT, FL (ok chance) *****, Composite ****, 11 overall

Juwann Winfree FS/ATH, NJ(ok chance) ****, Composite ****, 217 overall

Raekwon MacMillan ILB, GA(unlikely) *****, Composite *****, 15 overall

D.J. Smith SS, GA (unlikely) ****, Composite ****, NA

New names could pop up at the end, or UGA could just pocket any extra slots for the 2015 class

I haven't followed it that closely, but if this happened I would lose it.

Ask again after the Bama game. A&M has a ridiculous visitor list for the game this week. If it goes well? Sky is the limit. If not, still will be solid.

It's very nice of Texas to go completely in the crapper though. Unfortunately they only have a couple of commits we are really interested in at this point. It's a great time for other SEC schools to come raiding the State of Texas, though A&M and then LSU are getting first dibs.

Who is on the visiting list for the game? The Bama side has only told us about a few of our prospects attending the game.

Already committed, right? And McDowell to Ole Miss would sting a bit, but not out of the realm of possibilities.

Was that new CB commitment an expected one? I hadn't heard anything about him. How does he effect y'all's numbers moving forward?

I'd never heard of the kid prior to his commitment, obviously it doesn't look good, but I'm going to trust our staff on this one.

He's probably our fastest commit, so at least he has that going for him.

I'm not worried about numbers, we can take up to 31 this year, and Butch has already shown a willingness to cut less valued prospects.

Lamin's not taking any more officials and is enrolling early, so your window is closing pretty quick here. Heard something we haven't?

He's got burners, ran a 4.36 at a clemson camp and 4.4 at ours , decent height and hands

Him being undersized at 160 probably plays a pretty big factor in his ranking.

I like the pickup and adding that speed to the secondary. The new film rivals just put up on him looks pretty good
