The first time Nutt went to the SECCG Alabama was on probation or they would have gone.
Nutt was at Arkansas for 10 years and earned one trip. In addition, Ford left him a ton of talent. Petrino was there for 4 years and inherited a trainwreck. We'll never know if he would have been able to win a championship, but I don't think there's any question who's the better coach.
