quote:Chris Todd and Cam Newton, both, had record setting seasons at Auburn. The offense has been proven to work with both types of quarterbacks, although you are correct about us winning the national championship with a dual threat. However, you need to look back at his offenses at Arkansas State and Tulsa for a good sample size.
This is funny since it was a running QB in GM's system that won you the NC....

if you're trying to say Harris can't throw, you're blind and stupid...
Rounded up, his passing completion was 50% in 2012.
Regardless, that doesn't take away from his abilities, there are a ton of Auburn fans that wanted him. He's an exceptional athlete and I wish him the best of luck at LSU.

Apparently when Cameron first went watch him throw, he was blown away by how improved he was over his film. That was when the offer from LSU came.

I'm sure he has. I mean there is a reason we recruited him so hard.

Nothing happens 75% of the time whenever I RA (even though it isn't much).

Damn. Good for LSU.
As a Shreveport Auburn fan, I wanted this kid bad.

I think the dominoes already fell dude. Everybody pretty much has their QB now.

I think he is referring to the rest of LSU's offensive targets for this class.

Ah ok. Is LSU's Dream Team mostly offensive targets or defensive? I haven't really looked at everybody y'all are supposed to get.

It's a mix. Top remaining targets would be Tony Brown, Laurence Jones, Leonard Fournette, Cam Robinson, Malachi Dupre, Trey Quinn, Gerald Willis, Speedy Noil, Saeed Blacknall, Clifton Garrett.
We should be getting another commitment pretty soon from Santos Ramirez, a 6'2" CB we offered after his camp performance covering some of the WRs listed above while dealing with a groin injury. He's another Shreveport kid, so I'm sure Harris will be in his ear.
Trey Quinn is also rumored to be pulling the trigger soon as well.

Congrats to LSU. Like his film.

More offensive, but there are several defensive targets left (Hootie Jones, Tony Brown, Clifton Harris, Gerald Willis, Davon Godcheaux, Kenny Young, and Gerald McDowell).
