I'm not cheering for State, FWIW. I'm also not cheering against them. I'm not even watching the series. I don't care enough. Sorry.

They're ok... Pretty much all of MS's police officers, troopers and sheriffs have degrees from State.

that wasn't a down year. that was the best the SEC West has ever been.

Dear Bretheren,

I am an Ole Miss Rebel. I have made the transition to put my favorite team as UCLA for the ending of the CWS. I cannot bear to go for State. That does not mean that I am not half heartedly hoping that you do well deep down. Best of luck.

As a native Mississippian living in Saginaw, Michigan, I can tell you right now I would pull for any of our schools from my native state, no matter who I am a fan of. I happen to be a State grad, so I am thrilled we are at this point, but would always want an SEC team, especially from MS to do well in this situation. As Rick Cleveland wrote, this is good for the state of Mississippi. It is also good for SEC. #HailState

Here on the rant, we don't use hash tags seriously, junior. And I don't take anything seriously usually.

Haha go ask Mike Bianco if this is helping him out.

Also go ask admiral mullens if Hugh freeze on signing day was good for state. It sure made Mississippi look ok right?

I said it was good for the STATE of Mississippi. By drawing positive attention to the state, no matter which school, could actually help all in state schools. There is no reason both State and Ole Miss cannot both be very successful. I guess I have a different perspective because I have not lived in MS since 1980 due to job transfers.
